GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

CAMPSITE
To the reservation, 90 € of deposit must be versed including 25 € of booking fees. The balance of your stay will be
regulated at your arrival.
Our prices included: The accommodation of the stay for 1 or 2 people with a tent, a caravan or a motor home, a vehicle, the access to toilet and
showers with hot water and the use of the activities on the campsite (aquatic
toboggan, swimming pool, miniature golf, volleyball, plays, table tennis,
animations,…). You must have a European grip if you wish electricity.
ACCOMODATIONS
To the reservation, 25 % of your accommodation must be versed (50% for the off
season (except july and august) bookings) more 25 € of booking fees and two checks of + a stamped envelope: one of 200 € for the eventual damage in the accomodation, and a second of 50 € to cover the possible expenses of household of the end of stay. Checks returned by post in your stamped envelope under 48 H after
control by one of our employees. Your insurance civil liability guaranteeing you during your stay, please indicate us the name of your insurance company and the policy number.
The balance of the stay is to be settled in the arrival.
In July and August: Arrival from 3pm to 8pm ; departure from 8am to 10am
Our prices included:
- the accommodation chosen in the contract of reservation for the number
of people registered, a vehicle, the access to the toilet and showers with
hot water and the use of the activities on the campsite (aquatic
toboggan, swimming pool, miniature golf, volleyball, plays, table tennis,
animations…).

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any reservation is personal and cannot, in any case, be yielded or sub-leased.
The accommodation becomes effective only with our agreement, and after reception
of your deposit (25 % or 50 % according to the dates of your stay), of the insurance cancellation (if you want it), and booking fees. The tourist tax is payable on arrival. The booking fees are free for every week-endof low season booked.
For all accommodations and stay on the campsite, the minors (in accomodation, every person most 20 years old) have to be accompanied
with a parent at arrival and departure. We demand a parental consent too.
All arrived before the date and the hour envisaged, exposes the holiday makers
not to be able to take possession of the pitch or the accommodation except prior
agreement of the direction.
Days of absence will not be deducted.
Animals are accepted (except in Mobil homes 2009-2010) if the elementary
rules of hygiene are respected (food, sleeping around, hairs), at the
indicated price. They must not be left alone in or around the accommodation.
They must be held in leash, tattooed, inoculated. The health record will
be asked you in the daytime of the arrival. The dogs of categories 1 and 2 are
forbidden and the rodents in the accomodation too (security reasons).
For any reservation, if for a reason or another, you have to interrupt your stay, the
amount of the stay will remain sure with the EDEN. If the holiday makers have suscribed to the insurance cancellation, see the paragraph INSURANCE CANCELLATION. The accomodation is remain hold 24 h; At the end of this period, it stopped to be retained, except preliminary information.
In the event of cancellation, it will be retained to you, or you will remain duty, booking
fees and insurance cancellation, with title of allowance of rupture of the contract:
- the deposit, if you cancel more than 30 days before the date envisaged of arrival;
- an amount equals on the whole stay, if you cancel less than 31 days before the
date envisaged of arrival or if you don’t present yourselves at this date.
For reasons of organisation, any personal telephone messages will be taken at the reception.

INSURANCE CANCELLATION
For all reservation for the campsite, the insurance cancellation is free
for your whole stay (les than 30 days. More, consult us)). Concerning accommodations, the insurance is free for the first week and optional for the followings, at 13 € per week and 2 € per night in week end.
For all cancellation or anticipated departure, it is necessary to you to advise the campsite management as soon as possible, and to send us, by registered letter with recorded delivery, a documentary evidence of the event, which we shall send to our insurer who is the only decision-maker of the refund or not.
Before your departure, or during your stay, the guarantee cancellation takes care
of the expenses of breach of contract if one of the following events occurs:
- disease, accident or death affecting you or a member of your family;
- complications of pregnancy before the 7th month;
- important material damage to your own properties and requiring your imperative
presence;
- Redundancy,
- accident or theft of your vehicle and\or your caravan during the journey (direct)
taken to arrive at the holiday site.
Any camper is held to conform to the provision rules of procedure of the
campsite.
